Spring Fair Stallholder Expression of Interest

STALLHOLDER EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST OPEN NOW

Dandenong Ranges Steiner School is hosting their annual Spring Fair and Market day on Sunday, 23rd October from 10 am – 3 pm.

The school is located at 11c Duffys Road, Narre Warren East VIC 3804

The school has a focus on natural materials and the environment, so is seeking stallholders that reflect these values.

Stallholders need to meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Items made from natural and sustainable materials
• Items that are eco-conscious/sustainably made/organic/fair trade
• Locally made
• Assist people to reduce their waste
• Steiner inspired
• Compostable
• Vegan
• Hand made
• Homegrown
• Encouraging children’s imaginative play

Successful or unsuccessful stallholders will be advised by 30^th September.

We will be aiming for a variety of stalls and do our best not to have too much overlap. We also appreciate it if stallholders can have a few cheaper items that students might be able to purchase.

Stallholder fees are as follows:

• External Stallholders/parent businesses: $30 per stall (must have own PL insurance)
• Parents with space on the school stall (half a trestle table/card table space): 10% of takings up to $15
• Class 5 & 6 DRSS Student stallholders (half a trestle table/card table space): 10% of takings up to $5
